cyano pharma was promoted in 1965 by a young technocrat shri ramesh shah as partnership company. Later on it was converted into private limited company. In 1985, biofil chemicals & pharmaceuticals was formed as a private limited company for manufacturing of b lactam formulations, injections, eye drops, dry syrups etc. The firm was dormant for some years. Later in 1992, systematix group joined hand with cyano group and biofil was converted into a public limited company. In 1994 group decided to manufacture bulk drug. For this site at pithampur was chosen with bulk drug plant could not run successfully.
cyano group decided to diverse the business activities. So in 1994 took over m/s formoplast (p) ltd an industrial unit, manufacturing disposiable plastic items like tea cups, glasses, ampoule trays and variety of disposiable packing items.
in year 2004 a unit names biofil health care (p) limited was promoted to manufacture cough drops, throat lozenges (vicks type). Aim of cyano group is to manufacture quality products which can reach to mass at an affordable price. Cyano group is working with a motto as given in rigveda
